As it is spring, some of us are looking forward to restarting our Summer Fitness Program. For me the best assurance that I'll continue on while enthusiastic, is by preventing injury. There’s nothing worse than just getting through the pain, just starting to feel you need the run, pilates or walk and then, “bang”, you injure your knee. Treatment, rehab, Christmas, holiday, & before you know it, summer is almost over! Here are some great products for prevention of injury.

Sports Massage Oil - Prior to exercise, rub this oil onto your body or utilise it during massage. It will enhance building muscle tone & also circulation. An added bonus is you smell great.

Revitalise Synergy - During your morning shower, after your exercise, place 5 drops of this synergy onto a cloth & rub over the main muscles groups e.g. thighs & calves. Repeat every morning. Makes your body “zing” & improves circulation.
