Blend 1 drop Aniseed, 2 drops Peppermint and 2 drops Spike Lavender in a steam inhalation for a dry, unproductive cough and to relieve wheeziness. -
Flatulence
Useful in the treatment of digestive disorders such as flatulence, diarrhoea and indigestion. Apply 2-5 drops in 2 ml of Olive oil to the stomach and massage in a clockwise direction. Repeat as required. -
