A clean and minty fresh plant distillation that can be used to support natural respiration and clear congestion. This oil is particularly gentle which makes it suitable for babies, children and the elderly when used in half doses.
Product uses
Muscle tone
Mix 5 drops with massage cream or Olive oil and rub vigorously onto the affected area. Use as required.

Sinuses
Add 5 drops to a steam inhalation and breathe deeply for 10 minutes.

Chest and respiration
Add 10 drops to 1/4 teaspoon of massage cream or carrier oil and apply 3 times a day around the throat and onto the chest and back. Especially beneficial at night time.
Safety considerations
May be irritating to sensitive skin. The half dose is recommended for children and the elderly. Safe during pregnancy. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.

I had suffered a persistent debilitating cough for some weeks, unable to breath fully due to pneumonia that had developed into catastrophic / hospital and Respiratory specialist suggested - permanent damage to the right Lower lung ./ . immediately I tried this particular EO my airways cleared and have with continued use improved daily .. the healer that prescribed this EO said all bugs die on contact / as he recommended I spread it on the outer nostrils and breath deeply three or four times a day etc

Apparently / Recommended for Covid and vaccination too .. all the best

Eucalyptus Blue Gum

I really enjoy the benefits of my Eucalyptus Oil but the kids sometimes find it too strong so I purchased Blue Gum. The kids prefer this oil and it is absolutely magic - blocked noses, itchy eyes & coughs settle after application of this oil (I

dilute in almond oil).
