It is also an excellent ingredient for skin and hair care, and may be particularly useful for adolescent skin. The rich, woody, spicy aroma is wonderfully sensual and restorative. - Relaxation of Body & Mind
To assist deep relaxation, to counter the stressed mind and promote restful sleep, add 5-10 drops of Cedarwood to your bath or diffuser.
- Skin Care
Add 3-4 drops to 50g of daily moisturiser to help counter excess oil or acne with astringent and antiseptic properties. This oil is particularly suitable for men and boys who prefer a spicy rather than floral fragrance.
- Hair Tonic
Add 5 drops to shampoo or conditioner to promote lustre and growth. A great recipe for greasy hair during adolescence.
- Foot Care
Add 5-8 drops of Cedarwood to a footbath once a week, or to a foot moisturiser, to encourage healthy feet and protect against fungal infection.
