Yellow Argyle Clay offers a wonderfully mild middle ground for the therapeutic clay family. It has similar curative and cleansing properties to the Green clay while being gentler and more suited to dry, dehydrated or combination skin. It brings the same famous benefits of super fine clays, working to absorb excess oil and draw out toxins, bacteria and impurities. It closes pores as it dries and smoothes skin, encouraging an even, firm skin tone. Perfectly suited for use as a cleansing paste and will create a beauty mask that will exfoliate, nourish, cleanse and purify. Great as a mineral bath for easing sunburn and as a topical mask up to 3 times a week to encourage healthy, rejuvenated skin.

In Roman times, clays were applied to heal arthritic joints and in Egyptian times for embalming and beautifying. Clays have a molecular action that disarms pathogens and bacterias and have been used throughout history for various healing techniques. Argyle clays consist of sun-dried, 100% natural bio-organic particles of very low moisture content. This yellow clay powder owes its color to a unique composition of oxides and minerals and it brings important minerals and trace elements to the skin during treatment. It is absorbent as well as adsorbent (will attract impurities) and is applied therapeutically to help clean the body of impurities and toxins. Yellow clay is also sometimes indicated in the treatment of chronic skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Please note: the traditional uses listed here are for reference only and under no circumstances should they be taken as recommendations for cures or treatments for diseases or medical conditions.
