The impact of an accident or fall can be calmed by the immediate application of arnica infused oil to affected areas. Apply as much as required to cover the area. The earliest the application after the event the better, best kept at hand in your first aid kit. Re-apply regularly.

The body's natural healing of bumps and bruises can be supported by the prompt application of about a teaspoon of this oil. You may add 5 drops of Lavender True and 5 drops of Geranium essential oil for greater support.
