Composure & Calm
Add 3-5 drops of Bergamot to your diffuser to infuse your surroundings with a relaxing, restorative scent.
Create a lively and healthy citrus deodorant by adding 15 drops of Bergamot and 10 drops of Lemon to 25 mls of Jojoba oil or 50gm of Aloe Vera gel. Apply under the arms after a shower. Repeat as required.
If you are trying to give up smoking, surround yourself with the fragrance of Bergamot. Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser, bath, body lotion, or use as deodorant as described above.
