Composure & Calm
Add 3-5 drops of Bergamot to your diffuser to infuse your surroundings with a relaxing, restorative scent.

Deodorant
Create a lively and healthy citrus deodorant by adding 15 drops of Bergamot and 10 drops of Lemon to 25 mls of Jojoba oil or 50gm of Aloe Vera gel. Apply under the arms after a shower. Repeat as required.

Smoking
If you are trying to give up smoking, surround yourself with the fragrance of Bergamot. Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser, bath, body lotion, or use as deodorant as described above.

Slimming Down
Bergamot has traditionally been used to support healthy digestion and to help counter cravings. Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser, or a few drops to your bath and body lotion.

 

Safety Considerations: CAUTION: Bergamot is phototoxic therefore increases photosensitivity of the skin. Avoid sun exposure with Bergamot in skin blends. If ingested, drink milk. Avoid eyes, flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
