I always keep eucalyptus oil in my bag as it's a great scent to bring out if I ever feel nauseous or to mask an unpleasant odour. For an on-the-go inhalation I will mix one drop of peppermint and one drop of eucalyptus in the palm of my hand, then rub my hands together quickly to create friction and inhale. Repeat until the scent dissipates. Fantastic for steam inhalations and diffusing too.

This oil is one of my family’s favourites. We used to use Vick’s but it irritated my daughters skin. Not only is this oil more effective it doesn’t cause any irritation. With coughs & colds we dilute with almond oil and rub on the chest & throat. We also add a few drops of lavender true to help with sleep. We also love diffusing and adding to the bath water 💦
