- Chest & Respiration
To assist the body's natural respiratory and expectorant processes, add 3 drops of Fennel to a carrier oil and apply to the chest as required. Or add 2 drops to 1/4 teaspoon of honey and swallow. Repeat 2-3 times a day as required.
To support healthy digestion, and help counter flatulence or indigestion, add 5 drops of Fennel to 1ml Olive oil and massage into the stomach in a clockwise direction, or add 2 drops to 1/4 teaspoon of honey and swallow. After meals, as required.
- Fluid Retention
To promote a healthy fluid dynamic, use 5 drops of Fennel oil in a footbath. For added benefit include 5 drops of Lemon essential oil. Repeat as required.
- Cellulite & Circulation
If you are concerned about cellulite or gout, use to assist healthy circulation: add 5 drops of Fennel to a bath every other day or dilute with Sweet almond oil and rub onto affected areas daily. The fragrance and effect may be enhanced by adding 2 drops of Geranium oil and 2 drops of Cedarwood Atlas oil.
