Allergies & Colds
Peppermint and Tea Tree can be used separately or combined to help clear nasal congestion, and useful for managing the discomfort of allergies and colds.
Lavender True is exceptionally soothing for minor burns and cuts. Tea Tree has antiseptic and antifungal properties, ideal for pimples, mouth ulcers and skin infections. Can also be applied direct to insect bites to ease itching and swelling.
Headaches & Sickness
Lavender True can be used to help ease head and body tension. Peppermint is good for adult headaches, hangovers and confusion. It can also help counter nausea and rubbed on the stomach aids digestion.
Sleeplessness, Restlessness & Body Pains
Lavender True supports rest and relaxation. Lovely for bath-time, afternoon naps and recuperation. Peppermint can be used to help support the release of aches and tensions.
Cuts, Bites, Burns, Wounds: Tea Tree & Lavender - 2 drps direct or 5d in 1ltr water to wash, 2x day.
Headaches, Confusion & Sickness: Peppermint & Lavender - 1-2 drops to temples & back of neck, Peppermint - 1 drop to tongue for head or nausea.
Sleeplessness, Restlessness & Body Pains: Lavender - 3-5 drops to bath, diffuser or direct to chest for relaxation.
Allergies & Colds: Tea Tree & Lavender - 3-5 drops for steam inhalation, as required.
Safety Considerations: These essential oils are safe if applied as directed. With the exception of Lavender (suitable 3 months+), essential oils should not be applied neat to baby skin. Not for internal use: if ingested do not induce vomiting; drink milk or olive oil, and consult a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes: flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
