Juniper Berry supports natural cleansing and detoxifying. It is tonic on body function and fortifying for immunity. It is also useful in treatments for joint mobility. It has a clear, slightly woody aroma that complements peace and composure and can be employed to help raise confidence and counter nervous tension. Juniper also has antiseptic and astringent properties that make it useful for skin care and acne treatments. Blends well with: Lavender True, Chamomile German and Wintergreen.

To support natural joint action and healthy mobility, add 5-8 drops to Castor oil (preferably) or Olive oil and apply to the joint. Wrap in a cloth and cover with glad wrap. Leave overnight. Alternatively add 5 drops to the bath and soak for 15 minutes. Repeat every night for 10-21 days, than take a break for 10 days and repeat if required.
Add 5 drops to a diffuser or bath to support the body's natural detox and immune processes, especially following illness. Enhance further with 7 drops Cypress and 10 drops Lemon. Repeat every other day for a month.
To aid healthy digestion, blend 3 drops Juniper Berry and 3 drops Sandalwood and add to a hot bath or a compress to the abdomen. Repeat as required.
Add 5 drops to a diffuser to help create an atmosphere of composure and calm. Fortify both fragrance and effect with 10 drops Lavender True and 5 drops Cedarwood Atlas.
