Add 10 drops to 1ml Sweet Almond oil and rub into the chest and back before bedtime to support natural restorative respiration and to help clear congestion. Can be applied up to three times daily. May be fortified by adding any eucalyptus oil. - Chest
To assist healthy respiration and natural recovery from chest congestion, add 5 drops to massage oil and rub onto the sternum and throat, or add 2-3 drops to a steam inhalation. May be fortified by adding any eucalyptus oil. - Energy
Like a walk in the pine forest this oil boost energy levels. Add 10 drops to your diffuser. Add 5 drops each of Rosemary Cineol and Spearmint to enhance the effect and fragrance. - Home Freshener
Pine Scotch essential oil assists in killing the musty smell often found in old and damp houses. Add 10-20 drops to diffuser, repeat 3-5 times a day for at least 7 days. Can be blended with Eucalyptus or Citrus oils in equal parts.
